A: Yes! 100% of our products are cruelty-free. We never test on animals, and we only work with suppliers who share our ethical standards.

Q: What does "clean beauty" mean for Omorfia Glow? 

A: Clean beauty means formulations free from harmful parabens, with a focus on botanical ingredients, ethical sourcing, and transparency. We prioritize products that are as good for your skin as they are for your conscience.

Q: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Q: What does "Omorfia" mean? 

A: Omorfia (ομορφιά) is the Greek word for "beauty." Our brand is rooted in the timeless beauty traditions of Greece, celebrating purity, elegance, and rituals that have defined skincare for centuries.

Q: Are you launching your own Greek-crafted skincare line? 

A: Yes! We're currently developing our signature collection featuring authentic Greek ingredients like wildcrafted botanicals from the islands, olive leaf and fruit extracts, marine minerals from the Aegean Sea, and herbal traditions passed down for generations. Until our house-blend formulations are ready, we're curating a premium collection that reflects our values: clean, elegant, effective, and timeless.

Ordering & Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days for domestic (US) shipments. International orders typically take 10-21 business days depending on your location. Please note that since some items ship from different fulfillment centers, you may receive multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Not at this time but we are working with several parties to bring our goods all over the world!

Q: My order contains multiple products - will they arrive together? A: Some items in our collection are sourced from multiple specialized suppliers to ensure the highest quality standards. As a result, products may ship separately from different fulfillment centers and arrive at different times. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Q: How do I choose the right shade for my skin tone? A: Each product page includes shade descriptions to help you find your perfect match. For foundations and concealers, we recommend:

  • Light to Medium: Almond, Bali
  • Medium to Deep: Mesa

Q: What's the shelf life of your products? A: Most unopened products have a shelf life of 2-3 years. Once opened, we recommend using within 12 months for optimal freshness and efficacy. Check individual product packaging for specific guidance.

Q: What's a basic skincare routine for beginners? A: Start with these essentials:
